At SENTRAL OFFICIAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
